Corporate Accountant Role

You will be in charge of managing the accounting process to ensure that Company ledgers and financials are updated in accurate and timely manner. This includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Ensure the compliance of charging of accounts
  • Ensure that accounting system reflects correct sales
  • Monthly checking bank feeds vs. actual bank statements, resolve discrepancies if any.
  • Review and approve Reimbursement Report for payment processing
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and entered into the accounting system
  • Person in-charge for the completion and submission of Monthly Management Reports
  • Maintain financial files and records and manage accounts receivables and payables
  • Manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions in accordance to statutory requirements, company policies and procedures for company business entities
  • Manage processes for the preparation of Corporation Tax, GST returns and Statutory Financial Statements, and GST audit from IRAS
  • Assistance in ad-hoc projects relating to system and process improvements
  • Person in-charge of handling various global accounts

Education and Experience

  • Graduate of Finance, Accounting, or any Business related courses
  • In-depth knowledge on financial and management reporting
  • Prior knowledge in accounting software (Xero, Quickbooks)
  • Proficient in MS Excel application
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • With at least 2-3 years working experience in an auditing or accounting firm or experience in General Accounting and/or Finance
  • Must be willing to work in Alabang
